Description: Grain Storage (Silo) Bags

Grain bags are a new solution for grain and silo storage. The main advantage of storing grain in sleeves is the minimum transportation costs, the absence of costs for the installation of a granary, the ability to store and sort grain on your own territory.

The essence of the latest technology is the storage of grain in an airtight environment, in an anaerobic state, which is achieved by tightly loading it into a special polyethylene sleeve for grain. Sleeves protect against snow, rain, ultraviolet radiation and temperature extremes.

Storage technology in sleeves is used by both farmers and medium-sized agricultural firms, as well as agricultural holdings that own their own network of elevators, as well as poultry and livestock companies, elevators, feed mills factories, oil refineries and other enterprises for which crop products are raw materials for processing.

Grain bags are made from a polymer composition by extrusion. The line for the production of polyethylene sleeve meets the standards of Turkmenistan. Polymer sleeves for grain consist of two white layers and black. The white layer reflects sunlight and prevents the temperature inside the sleeve from rising. The inner black layer protects the product from the direct rays of the sun. In addition, all layers contain a special additive - an ultraviolet stabilizer, which protects the film from the damaging effects of sunlight.

Three-layer polymer sleeves 60-75 meters long can hold 250 tons of grain. A hermetically sealed sleeve lowers the level of oxygen, and increases the level of carbon dioxide, which leads to a slowdown in the vital processes of grain and organisms in the thickness of the layer.

Also, another advantage of using polymer sleeves is that there is no need to stop harvesting due to lack of storage capacity or in the absence of the possibility of drying, if wet crops are being harvested. At the same time, storage in sleeves allows you not to depend on third-party elevators.
